SearchOperators is a free web-based tool that helps users build advanced search queries using operators supported by Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yandex. The Service includes:
- An interactive visual query builder
- Real-time query preview and copy-to-clipboard
- Direct "Search Now" links to search engines
- Operator reference and documentation
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Use the Service to generate queries intended to harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of others
- Intentionally generate queries designed to exploit search engine vulnerabilities
- Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by SearchOperators and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
4.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the search queries you create using the Service. The queries are assembled in your browser and are yours to use however you wish.
5. Search Engine Disclaimer
SearchOperators generates query strings and links to third-party search engines. We are not affiliated with Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, or Yandex. Search operator syntax and behavior are controlled by the respective search engines and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all operators will produce expected results on all engines.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchOperators and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SearchOperators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SearchOperators operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
